The citizens of Birmingham realize it is time for new leadership at City Hall and Howard Bayless, with his successes in business and community activism, is the person for the position. Bayless' experience on the Board of Education combined with his love of the city will bring common sense solutions to the City Council and take District 3 and the rest of the city to new heights. Howard will restore confidence in our representation at on the Council.
